The Faculty of Science and Technology at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has achieved a major national milestone by officially winning the hosting rights for the 2027 Council of Faculty of Science and Technology Deans of Rajabhat Universities of Thailand.

The announcement was made during the national assembly, where RBRU was selected to lead the nationwide network of 38 Rajabhat universities. This prestigious appointment underscores the university′s academic readiness, strategic geographical strengths in the Eastern region, and its prominent leadership in applied scientific research.

As the incoming host for 2027, the Faculty of Science and Technology, RBRU, will head the national agenda focused on the following key operational frameworks:

• Driving Sustainable Innovation: Bridging advanced scientific knowledge with local biological resources to create high-impact innovations that support a bio-circular-green (BCG) economic model.

• Strategic Academic Synergy: Serving as a central collaborative platform for Rajabhat science deans nationwide to share administrative practices, curriculum modernization, and cross-institutional research networks.

• Local-to-Global Resource Upgrading: Showcasing Chanthaburi’s unique agricultural and geological identity through science and technology to foster sustainable grassroots development and international recognition.
